1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let the site remember your choices between visits and help us understand which pages are useful.

Some cookies are set by us, and some by the services we use to run the academy, such as our video conferencing and analytics providers.

2. The cookies we use

Essential — keep you signed in, remember your form progress and secure the booking process. The site does not work without these.
Preference — remember your language, currency and the plan you were last viewing.
Analytics — tell us anonymously which pages and courses are visited most, so we can improve them.
Marketing — measure whether a campaign led to a trial booking. These are only set with your consent.

3. Third-party cookies

Lessons run on Zoom or Google Meet, and payments are handled by our payment provider. When you use those services they may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your mind at any time from your browser settings.

Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the booking flow from working.

5. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for up to 12 months unless you delete them sooner.

6. Changes to this policy

If we add or remove cookies we update this page and the date shown at the top. Where consent is required, we will ask you again.
