Terms of Service

These terms set out how enrolment, classes, payments and conduct work at Al Furqan Academy. Please read them before you book.

1. Agreement to these terms

By booking a trial class, enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a child, you accept them as the parent or guardian and remain responsible for the account.

2. Enrolment and trial classes

Every new student is entitled to one free trial class. Trial classes are subject to teacher availability and are offered once per student.
Enrolment is confirmed once the first payment is received and a class schedule has been agreed with your teacher.

3. Classes and scheduling

  • Classes are 30 or 60 minutes long, depending on the plan you choose.
  • Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 4 hours before the lesson starts.
  • Rescheduled classes must be taken within 10 days of the original lesson date.
  • A student who does not join within 15 minutes of the start time is marked absent and the class is counted as taken.
  • If a teacher is unavailable, the class is rescheduled at no cost or credited back to your account.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are shown on the pricing page in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never affect a month already paid for.
If payment fails, classes may be paused until the balance is settled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your enrolment at any time by writing to contact@alfurqan.academy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and any classes already paid for remain available until then.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Student and parent conduct

Classes are a place of learning and respect. We ask students, parents and teachers to behave courteously at all times.
  • Recording, copying or redistributing a class without written permission is not allowed.
  • Abusive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • Account access is personal; sharing a class link with people outside your household is not permitted.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, worksheets, recordings, branding and website content belong to Al Furqan Academy LTD. You may use them for your own study but not republish, resell or distribute them.

8. Limitation of liability

We deliver our classes with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee a particular learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third-party conferencing software.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
