Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your classes. This page explains exactly when we refund, when we credit, and how to ask.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Free trial class

The trial class is free and carries no obligation. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan, so there is nothing to refund at this stage.

2. First week guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, tell us and we will refund the unused portion of that month in full.

This guarantee applies once per student.

3. Unused classes

Classes that are cancelled by us, or that a teacher misses, are credited back to your account automatically and never expire while your enrolment is active.

Classes missed by the student without at least 4 hours' notice are counted as taken and are not refundable.

4. Monthly plans

Plans are billed in advance. If you cancel mid-month, your classes remain available until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate a partial month except under the first week guarantee.

If you cancel before the next billing date, you are not charged again.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@alfurqan.academy from the address on your account.
Include the student name, the plan and the reason for the request.
We reply within 3 working days and confirm the amount before processing.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

7. Exceptions

Enrolments terminated for breach of the Terms of Service are not refundable.
Discounted or promotional bundles are refundable only under the first week guarantee.
Bank charges or currency conversion losses are not reimbursed.
